Our History

SmrtComps was born out of frustration shared by countless investors: finding reliable comps was slow, messy, and often inaccurate.

Our founders, blending expertise in data science and real estate, saw an opportunity to change that.What started as a small project to automate property searches has grown into a powerful platform trusted by investors across the U.S.
